Applications closed: projects submitted from 96 foreign countries

The application period for the International Grant Competition for Individuals and NGOs to Support Socially Significant Projects Worldwide in 2026 has come to an end. A total of 614 applications were submitted from 96 countries, including countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America.

During the application period, Foundation representatives held 11 educational events for participants, including practical webinars with simultaneous interpretation into English, Spanish, Arabic and French.

The applications will now be evaluated by independent experts. The competition results will be announced by December 1. Applicants will be able to find out the results in their personal accounts on the competition website. Supported projects may start on December 1 and must be completed no later than November 30, 2027.

The international competition is funded by the Presidential Grants Foundation using funds allocated by decision of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. Non-Russian citizens and NGOs from around the world were eligible to participate. The maximum grant amount is RUB 3 million for individuals and RUB 5 million for NGOs.
